Open Letter

In the fierce struggle of copyright better known as Internet piracy, something that they forgot the leaders of the music industry is “on how to sustain creativity? I know I have rights as a consumer just like you, but also important obligations, one of them continue to encourage talent to dream to write & perform music of high quality

Whether that label, agency, or maquila find their interests affected by the crisis (lack of talent) finally we, music lovers are the ones that affect us, in my case at the beginning of the decade was in good music, wonderful performers & writers (without offend my friends on this social network publish their work, which is respectable) certainly buy music in those days was high, but nothing to take that great satisfaction to spend some time looking at CDS & choose among many, which take home to listen undoubtedly one of my satisfaction of youth. Now several years later I feel it’s a personal problem, because I want to find ways to balance those golden years of great music with the current, where almost everything is immediate.

As expected the CD becomes obsolete to sell music, but still occurs in several regions of the world, the trouble is we do not know how long will it be? but according to my experience, having had talks with people in the field of music (artists, producers, owners & managers and others) believe it is time to stop making support initially impact on unnecessary expenses (cover art, packaging, distribution and especially prestigious chain intermediaries) then we could collaborate to reduce emissions of organic contribution polycarbonate, plus find substantial savings for industry & consumer thus obtaining electronic business that would allow the music to the comfort of home or office , allowing piracy regular fair & equitable prices for the consumer & we serve proudly to the music.

Make the decision to write this open letter to denote my ideas that I’ve been working several years ago with the manufacture of a technology that can be used for CD Audio but because its design is also could be used to distribute music on portable players is does not carry any software, virus, or something else that endangers the environment in which to play (as a file)
Actively seeking companies in Mexico or abroad can accept the challenge of converting, compressing & transform this new reality that will preserve the functioning of the technology. It is not easy as a pioneer of this revolutionary idea of bringing “CDS virtual” portable players.

I believe in the coexistence of this technique in other formats well known to you, just this should be an alternative to continue supporting creativity. Finally consider that the interests of the music comes first, where you and you are looking for quality music lover in every sense of the word.

Many Commented, Few Act

Octubre 29, 2009 por weвĸαмαzυтяα
Beginning to tire of the subject that has been in place for many years on the Internet “piracy” especially for all those actors who say they do something against this evil afflicting an industry that is dying year after year, true desire to help those workers who earn a salary as you and me to support his family.

I wish to call to join the truly affected “and take as they say in Mexican slang the upper hand” and begin to engage in feedback with the intention to effect once and for all make a proposal that benefits all and not make the same mistakes that leaders who are currently in power.

If someone feels the same spirit that I welcome act is, I keep knocking on doors in this relentless struggle, not to conquer anybody but to find fairness to all involved in this issue but ultimately always you and me as consumers of music.

Talent is out there seeking to be heard and for them I keep putting that banner to go to knock on doors everywhere, looking for support to place a proprietary technology.

Transnational Record or IFPI

Octubre 23, 2009 por weвĸαмαzυтяα
Throughout my experience in this industry have always had to know the unknown is who I work when it comes to labels (generally understand that there is talk of a trans stamp) includes all independent (is where are the interests of independent artists)

Imagine you want to publish a theme song? Be willing to guild leaders do not know to make decisions for you, under the premise that it’s best for the industry “Where are your needs as an author?

They do normally, and in combating piracy have made many bad decisions that affect them, if the industry in general, but more to you than you can be a potential author, I think it’s time to rethink that must be done to improve this industry that year after year is declining by bad decisions.

Then I would like to know who is accountable (of course you as a consumer primarily) but I think it’s fair for others who have earned a good salary does not look like the real problem is and this affects the real music does not take off.

The Bridge of Growth: Label – Apple

Finally after having an individual work perspective of the record with CMX and iTunes LP respectively agree with Apple both to have made the decision to distribute music (digital album) not physical and focus all efforts on digital technology which I welcome, but I believe that both a need to build a bridge platform.

If each bring to the market (music – portable players) still lack the missing link in the chain which allows the two have a living to achieve continued progress in sales.

In other words, the music industry generates (authors ,performers, etc..) And Apple’s distribution (iTunes, iphone, etc.) .). Something that until there is an excellent model for delivering music, but if I can work with technology (security for the distribution) that the user can provide great benefits in economic terms with it to create the same idea held in the format MP3 is common these days and forget about the problem known as “piracy”in this way to buy music in a format standard for its various forms (album or individual) information regarding the artist can be displayed in other than a package in MB or GB and not consume too many computer resources.

Finally the goal is to distribute music and the greatest treasure is this to be suitable for distribution at any place and manner (PC, MAC, Portable Players, Social Network) and without fear of losses for the industry.

Music Industry

In my particular point of view I believe that large multinationals are bound to go through the consumption existential Internet music & the general concept of free, absolutely not augur a promising future. I understand that a transnational company engaged in the manufacture of CD’s in Mexico trace of recent work, asks:

How many more will join this destination?
How it was due?
Is there a way to reverse the problem?

Technologies such as integrated portable players besides innumerable functions, clearly defined the essence of communication, expression and innovation.

This makes the music industry and the maquila or electronic line brands are available in their products that play physical music (stereo or car stereo), making them obsolete every day, to what has been more than a cancer throughout the sense of the word. In my case not currently use these electronic devices. Do you?

Anything else to amputate?

Frankly no, is a disease that robbed the dignity and figuratively, for family (managers and other agencies) are still stunned by what happens, without finding any solution to improve the situation.
